Weekly INCrowd Interview - bagsandmorebypam

We've got fresh faces popping up around the INCrowd (maybe it's the prospect of Spring!) and we'd like to introduce you to one of our newest members, Pam.

Where you are from in Indiana?
Bloomington, IN

Your craft is mainly made from?
My passion is crocheting with yarn.

How did you get started in your particular line of crafting?
As a young girl (about 10 years of age) I walked the seven blocks to downtown and bought "How To" books at the local dime store...knitting, tatting, crocheting - The last is my very favorite! I have crocheted all my life, but have had much more time to devote to it since retiring as an elementary teacher and administrator in 2001. I set up my website two years ago, and my Etsy store this past October. I also have taken my creations to craft fairs for the past six years, mostly in Bloomington. I am pleased to be a member of the Indiana Street Team, as well as Boomers and Beyond, and Etsyhookers (no it's not what it sounds like!)

Can you give us examples of your work, currently featured in your shop? (Click on the image to be taken directly to the item)

Is there anything else you'd like our readers to know?
I create goodies for people, pets, the home and for the holidays - if there is something you're looking for, just let me know! In addition to my Etsy shop, I also have my own website and I maintain a blog; please feel free to stop by and check it out! I also feature various members of each group I belong to on my blog, so be sure to check in and see who is featured!

Thanks, Pam!!

  3. Thanks, Kim, for the nice words about the poncho. Those have been very popular at the local craft fairs, and I've sold a couple on my website and another from my Etsy store! I really love the way they look!
